We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our inside sales team. You will oversee daily counter operations, develop staff, and ensure customers receive fast and accurate service. A reliable leader who excels in fast-paced environments, adept at dynamically shifting workloads to maintain smooth operations while driving day-to-day showroom sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the inside sales team
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Handle escalated customer issues
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse on inventory needs
- Assist with counter sales as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of counter sales or inside sales experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with inventory or point-of-sale systems
