Inside Sales Associate — ProFast Supply

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our inside sales team. A detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, easily shifting focus from operational tasks to provide high-quality support for walk-in and phone customers

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service Duties

Greet and assist customers at the counter and over the phone with product inquiries and purchases
Answer, assist and transfer phone calls from customers and potential customers
Understand and recommend products based on customer needs
Handle in-person cash and card transactions
Process sales in the system and complete supporting paperwork
Communicate with purchasing and warehouse staff to check stock and place special orders

Showroom Maintenance Duties

Restock shelves and ensure product displays are neat, organized, and well-labeled
Relocate and merchandise inventory to maximize visibility and flow
Update product pricing tags and signage as needed
Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Conduct regular spot checks for inventory accuracy and cleanliness

Order Management Duties

Assist in pulling and packaging customer orders during busy periods
Double-check order accuracy before finalizing
Coordinate with the warehouse and outside sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior retail, counter sales, or showroom experience preferred
General knowledge or strong interest in industries like automotive, construction, industrial supply, or welding
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
